The Bridgeview Bay HOA annual membership meeting was held

Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Paddle Trap.

How can I get involved in the community?

You can get involved by attending annual meetings and participating in our community social events. If you are interested in being a member of the HOA Board or the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), elections take place for each year at the annual meeting.

Who do I contact for construction or landscaping project questions and approvals?

For project approvals, please contact our team via this website's contact form prior to beginning your project.

How do I plan or suggest a community event?

If you would like to host or suggust a community event, please use the contact form on this website and a board member will get in touch with you. Please plan as far in advance as possible to allow time for the board to review your request, respond to it, and assist with any requested planning.

Community events that have been, or could be considered include:

  • Multi-party or neighborhood rummage sales
  • Holiday parties (4th of July, etc.)
  • Get to Know Your Neighbors BBQ or Potluck
