Char Stroh grew up in Mandan and has been part of the Bridgeview Bay neighborhood since 2016. She is an IT professional with over 20 years of management experience in the financial sector. Char is looking forward to many years in this neighborhood creating memories through adventures with her family.

*Vice President (President Elect) 2024-2026

Dustin Schmidt has lived in Bridgeview Bay since 2016. He's an entrepreneur with two successful locally owned and operated small businesses. In his free-time, he enjoys concerts, sporting events, and all kinds of social gatherings. Dustin is a people person and would love to get to know more of his fantastic neighbors.

*Treasurer 2024-2025

Cole Bertsch is a man of many project, always up to something. He's an outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, and bonfires. He's into cars and boats and can often be found building, updating, or driving one or the other. He has many years of professional experience in construction and management of government, commercial, and residential properties. 

*Secretary 2020-2025

Cami Bauman moved into Bridgeview Bay with her husband, two daughters, and son in 2017 and has been the Board secretary since 2020. She currently works for the State of ND and has held a variety of administrative positions for over 25 years. Cami enjoys attending her kids' sporting events, photography, reading non-fiction, boating, and travel.
